How Ordering Works

Because every piece is made for you, ordering with us looks different from ordinary online shopping. Here is exactly what happens.

1. Request a quote

Find a piece you love and select "Request Quote". Tell us about your event — the date, the occasion, any colours or changes you have in mind. There is no obligation and no payment at this stage.

2. We reply with pricing and options

We will come back to you with a quote, what is possible in terms of customisation, and a realistic timeline for your date. Prices vary by piece, fabric, and the density of the handwork, which is why we quote individually rather than list a fixed price.

3. We agree the timeline

Depending on the complexity of the embellishment, a piece takes anywhere from four weeks to three months. We agree this with you, and confirm it works for your date, before anything goes into production.

4. Confirm with a 50% deposit

A 50% deposit confirms your order and begins the work.

5. Measurements

We will send a measurement guide and walk you through it if that is helpful. We then double-check every measurement with you and confirm them before production starts. This step matters: once your piece is cut to those measurements, it cannot be un-cut.

6. We make your piece

Your garment is cut and hand-embellished to the specification we agreed.

7. Final payment and delivery

The remaining 50% is due before delivery, together with shipping, which is quoted separately at that point. Your piece is then dispatched to you.

When to start

Given that production alone can take up to three months, we recommend getting in touch as early as you can. If your date is sooner, ask anyway — we will tell you honestly whether we can do it well in the time available. We do not accept orders we do not believe we can deliver.
