Ordering, Shipping & Returns

Payment

  • 50% deposit confirms your order and begins production.
  • 50% balance is due before delivery.
  • Shipping is charged separately and quoted to you together with the final balance.

Timelines

Production takes between four weeks and three months, depending on the complexity of the embellishment. We agree your timeline with you before production begins, and we do not accept orders we do not believe we can deliver in time. If anything threatens your date, we will tell you promptly.

Custom pieces are final sale

Every Zifaaf piece is made to your measurements and specifications, which means it cannot be resold. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on custom orders.

This includes fit. We confirm every measurement with you before production, and we cut to those measurements exactly. Where a garment has been made correctly to the measurements supplied, we are not able to accept a return or issue a refund.

The exceptions

We stand behind our work. If we send you the wrong item, or your piece arrives with a genuine fault in our workmanship or does not match the specification we agreed, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and we will put it right.

Please note that hand-applied embellishment carries small natural variations. Slight irregularity in beadwork placement or thread tension is a characteristic of hand-finished work, not a defect.

Shipping

We ship internationally.

Duties, customs charges, and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your shipping quote. These are levied by your own country's customs authority, vary by destination, and are outside our control. We would encourage you to check your local rates before ordering so there are no surprises on delivery.

Shipping costs are quoted with your final balance, once the finished weight and destination are known.

Privacy

We use your contact details and measurements solely to fulfil your order. We do not sell or share your information.
